As a former HR-Director and European Talent Management, I have founded Executive Career Coaching with the mission of supporting leaders to lead 4x more impactful through high-performance standards. It´s the mindset that gets a transformation started and the systems sustaining them.
In our approach, we combine my experience of 17 years in leadership development with a specialism in digital transformation.
After successfully leading 20+ transformations, including being a European program leader for the design and deployment of a European Data Science Curriculum on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) in 2019-2021, we coach from experience, not theory.
To stay ahead of trends and the impact of new technologies, I have participated in 2024, and 2025 at the Web Summit in Lisbon, Europe´s biggest Tech Conference, and have seen the evolution in focus from Generative AI in 2025 to Agentic AI in 2026 and beyond.
Parallel, I see the shift towards the Gig Economy, which is a freelance economy in which it´s expected that more talents will work from one employer to multiple employers.
