Executive Career Coaching was born in 2024 when Founder Marianne van Groeningen, who has 18 years of leadership development experience and worked as a former HR Director and European Talent Management, 12 years for a corporate organization, brainstormed her calling in life:
Supporting leaders to successfully lead innovation and transformation and to enjoy their leadership development journey to combine success with happiness.
Leadership can be a lonely track, and most of the innovation comes from outside. Passionate about new technologies, Marianne van Groeningen fulfilled a European Program leader role, deploying a European Data Science Curriculum on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning from 2019-2021 for a scope of 10.000 employees and followed the evolution since then.
End of 2025, she published a 100+ page playbook on Agentic AI & the Gig Economy.
From the context that complementary perspectives from corporate leaders and Start-ups and Scale-ups Founders strengthen each other. The idea was born to create a community across Europe with innovative leaders, supporting their leadership development journey, combined with innovative capabilities.
